Young and Productive Forests
With the rejuvenation works carried out in our forests, our young and productive forest areas are increased every year. With the rational and scientific policies of our Environment and Forestry Directorates, an increase of approximately 700 million m3 has been achieved in the tree wealth of our country's forests in the last 45 years.

Sustainable forestry is supported with effective forestry policies. Sustainable Forest Management aims to pass on to future generations at least under the same conditions. It is possible to solve the energy need, which has become one of the most important problems in the world, without harming the environment thanks to sustainable and renewable forestry.
